Research & Ideation

We workshopped and interviewed users to uncover client needs, pain points, and workflow inefficiencies. By synthesising data and conducting a gap analysis, we identified key opportunities for improvement and potential new features. We then developed a proof of concept to gather early user feedback and refine our approach.

We conducted user testing with Figma prototypes to gather feedback and refine the designs. Post-handoff, we provided ongoing QA support and monitored performance to drive future enhancements.
